Talk

I’ve spent most of my career honing a unique facilitation style that focuses on creating space for participants to practice critical generosity - the ability to have honest conversations that identify real conflicts while holding human complexity at the center. Using a mix of interactive group activities and personal reflection, my facilitation style is designed to keep the conversation moving in ways that are fun and make sure everyone involved contributes to the conversation.

strategize

The root of the word “facilitate” means to “make easy.” The job of a facilitator is to help participants find their own solutions and to develop a strategy for real and lasting change. I work with clients to build custom facilitation experiences that focus on the unique needs of the group, organization, or company. Most of my facilitation falls into one of three categories: diversity and equity concerns; agenda setting and strategic planning; and my favorite - designing curriculum models that organizations can use to implement in-house training.
